• Your Apple Watch model, if relevant
• Your iPhone and watchOS versions
• Your Intervall app version
• A short description of the issue
• The steps that led to it

Apple Watch and Heart Rate Issues

If your question is related to the Apple Watch companion or live heart rate display, it helps to mention:

• whether Health permissions are enabled
• whether the Apple Watch app is installed
• whether the workout was started on iPhone
• whether the issue happened on iPhone, Apple Watch, or both
